Hey there, I’m Nikki!

a 26 year old Florida native who has a slight obsession with craft beer, charcuterie, travel, and being sarcastic af. First off, THANK YOU for taking time out of your day to read this. The fact that you’re even here to begin with is sort of blowing my mind. Just know I appreciate you so much!

I am so excited to be taking my beer journey to a whole new level by starting this blog. If you would have told me a year ago I’d be building my own little community around the world of craft beer, I would have told you to lay off the booze. Here we are though, and I am so happy you’re a part of this with me!

I am in no way a beer expert. I am simply an enthusiast with a lot to still learn. I’m getting ready to take the Cicerone Certified Beer Server course to further my education. With that being said I want this to be a place for the craft beer newbie who wants to safely learn in a judgement free space, and I also hope at the same token it can be an enjoyable read for the longtime craft beer pro.
